Founder & CEO
Tzannos founded Triangle Offense in May of 2025 with the aspiration of empowering athletes across the globe to reach their potential through the means of intentional training and development. He coaches at Lesley University (D3) in Cambridge, Massachusetts; and works in player development with 5 professional players and over 150+ college athletes. #TriOWay
david damerjian
Digital Production Director
Damerjian joined the Tri-O Family in June of 2025. He manages all social media pages and media production, scheduling, among lots of other responsibilities. David has always had a love for the game of basketball and the electric environment that comes with it. He is the owner of D.D.Digital which opened in November of 2025. alyssa anderson
Lead Brand Designer
Anderson joined the Tri-O Family in May of 2025 where she oversees the digital identity of the brand and manages social media platforms. She creates all logos and branding attached to Triangle Offense. Formerly a D2 standout soccer player at SNHU, her discipline and drive are her ways of embodying the #TriOWay
Austin Tzannos
3×3 League Administrator
Austin comes into the 3×3 League Admin role in October of 2025 with experience in working men’s leagues and 3×3 specifically from the floor, and created the stat-tracking concept in our leagues. He has a precise attention to detail and acts as the community liaison for all of our league members, staff, player’s association, and fans. #TriOWay

Coach Devon was a former JUCO standout at Northern Essex Community College (MA). He loves to teach the application of life skills the game an provide and the high-IQ value of the game. #TriOWay

Coach Evan is involved in varsity athletics in both basketball and football. He currently coaches in the Hopkinton and Goffstown school districts and specializes in strength and conditioning as well as skill development. #TriOWay
